Just performed a clean install of bit Windows 7, and am running into a problem with my Linksys WMP RangePlus wireless desktop adapter.

For some, it may not be worth the windoows. Whenever the card is installed, it causes a crash seconds after Windows boot apparently as soon as it tries to connect to a wireless network.

WMP v2 – Linksys Updated Drivers
Anyone knows what to do? I saw a few posts in other threads about folks using the Atheros AR chipset driver instead of the Linksys one. I am very dissapointed with Linksys. I had some similar problems with this card on Vista, but as soon as I installed the updated drivers from Linksys it was fixed.
